Judgment Day

The bombs fell at 6:17 PM, Eastern Standard Time, on September 23rd, 2081.

The bombs were city busters, bombs that were designed to kill all of a city's inhabitants but leave the buildings and countryside mostly intact and ready for occupation within a few years. The areas around where the city busters fell became Deadlands (Fear Level 6) and swirling, howling Ghost Rock Storms developed.
