Hec Fisty Felmer

Hec 'Fisty' Felmer is the halfling in charge of keeping his ear to what is currently going on in the capital city of Jindark. New to the role after his predecessor, Drango 'Shanky' Sligh died, 'Fisty' still was only given token control over his supposed network due to Isabella D'Lantree taking it over in the months before Persaver's betrayal.

After Persaver and Isabella disappeared, Fisty was left trying to reorganize the Jindark spy network by himself, practically having to build it back up from the very bottom.
