Halfling
Halfling Luck: You gain a +1 untyped bonus to your Fortitude, Reflex, and Will Defenses.
Pre-requisites: Halfling
Heroic Companion: Your bravery despite your small size is inspiring to other allies; once per encounter, you can use a power similar to the Warlord's Inspiring Word power (minor action, allows target to use a healing surge). You can roll 1d6 and add that to the target's normal healing surge value (increases to 2d6 and 3d6 at Paragon and Epic Tiers).
Pre-requisites: Halfling
High Elf
Ancient Traditions: Unlike most other high elves, you still feel a connection to the forests and Imaera, granting you a +2 bonus to Nature. For the purposes of magic items, you qualify as a sylvankind, and you can also take the Imaera's Grace feat (see sylvankind feats).
Pre-requisites: High Elf
Noble Warrior: You gain proficiency with the rapier, a common weapon used by high elven nobility. Additionally, you gain a +2 feat bonus to damage with rapiers and longswords.

Humans
Guts: Maybe it's your dedication to your cause, or your fierce inner spirit. Either way, when you are badly injured, you grit your teeth, stand back up, and continue the battle. When you are knocked below 0 hit points, you can immediately spend both an action point and a healing surge to heal yourself (remember, healing starts from 0) and continue fighting. You can use this ability as long as you have both an action point and a healing surge to spend, but you need both to use it.
Pre-requisites: Con 13 or Toughness, Human

Imaera's Grace: You gain one additional healing surge. Additionally, when in an area that is at least lightly forested or somehow thick with healthy vegetation, you can forage herbs that allow you to recover 50% more hit points from your healing surges; if your normal healing surge recovery was 10 hit points, you would recover 15 provided you were in an appropriate area. These herbs only affect you because of Imaera's Grace; they are useless to all others.
Pre-requisites: Sylvankind
Tiefling
Acid-Tolerant Body: You gain Acid Resistance 4. This resistance increases to 8 and 12 at Paragon and Epic tiers.
