Deadlands Explosion Rules Version 2

In the first 5 yards of any explosion (or within the first burst radius, if the burst radius is smaller than 5 yards), any explosion has +2 levels of armor-piercing capability. This means that all explosions have at least AP 2 in this range, and some explosives may have even more than that if they were armor piercing already.

In some cases, people wearing certain armors who are being affected by certain explosions may ignore this added lethality at marshal discretion.
